    Trying to install the pc suite software and I get error "1320 the specified path is too long. " please help, I'm using Win 7.

     Please unzip the files to the computer and try again. Make sure you have administrative rights to install the programs that you need.

    Please let me know if issue still persists.

     I have unzipped the file, and do have administrator rights. Any idea on how to get this to install?

     if you Google error 1320 there are explanations on why it occurs and different ways to deal with it

    Yes, that might be issue/settings on your PC, you can google about that.
